Crystal Lake Estates is a community located in the City of Lake Mary Florida. The community consists of 43 homes adjacent to East Crystal Lake. We are located off Old Lake Mary Road at the northern border of the city. It is the only development on Old Lake Mary road that has a guard house at the entrance way. All residents (and renters) are required to adhere to the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Crystal Lake Estates”. This binding document is located in the documents section of this web site. In addition, all residents (including renters) are bound to the regulations of the City Of Lake Mary
